Villa Premium, located on the hillside above Kalkan, offers a great holiday location with its unique sea views and luxury design. The villa has a large fully equipped open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area  and four bedrooms rooms, three of which have a double bed and one  twin beds. All the  bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, plus there is a communal w.c.. The villa has a capacity of 8 guests. The views from the large infinity pool (10 x 5.5 metres, depth 1.53 metres), are breath taking, looking directly out over Kalkan Bay and beyond. Guests can also enjoy the unique view while sipping drinks and enjoying a meal at the alfrseco dining area by the pool. Villa Premium has been furnished with only the best of fittings and fixtures and has all the necessary fittings and features expected of a luxury villa, from its magnificent jacuzzi to its large pool.

In addition, the exterior of the villa has a camera surveillance system, there is a children playground for the use of our little guests and there is an on-site Office where guests may call for assistance at any time or just for a glass of tea! Our staff can also deliver daily essentials, such as bread and milk on request.

Our villa, with its secluded pool, is also suitable for guests who wish complete privacy whist on vacation.
