Villa Features
Where appropriate we have preferred to incorporate luxurious elements. This has been the foundation principle for designing our villas. We have utilised natural elements to their best advantage and chosen appropriate furniture, suitable for maximizing your comfort without being cluttered.
Hill Villas Architecture
Each of the 14 villa at Hilla villas, whilst being of a similar style, have their own individual characteristics and thus appeal to different souls in different ways. When designing the villas great care was taken to ensure the privacy of each property by using different angles and architectural elements. Consequently all our guests can enjoy using their pools to the maximum without being overlooked.
We believe that, after a long winter fully dressed , our guests deserve to relax in their own private areas. For this purpose we have designed Excellence and Heart villas with five bedrooms, two pools and a childrens pool for large families, Spring with its one bedroom and one lounge for romantic couples, and Stone Heart, with its unusual incorporation of nautral boulders within the interior. Take our vision further and enjoy your villa as you will. To see our guests enjoying our villas will be the best form of thanks that we can think of.
Infinity Pools
Hill Villas principle design principles are based on the classic idea of infinity pools blending with the blue of sky and sea. We have strived to bring this pleasure to our guests as they relax by their crystal clear pools.
Childrens Pools
We have included chidrens pools in someof our villas so that is you bring your little ones you can enjoy your stay without unnecessary worry. Not all our villas have this feature so you need to keep this in mind when chosing your villa if your children are coming too.
Poolside Sunbathing Areas
Come and lie down on one of our sunloungers! ome and lie down on one of our sunloungers! You will be so comfortable lying by your pool or resting in one of our shady lounging areas. You will be in total privacy, unable to see your neighbours nor they you. If you want you dont even need to wear your bikini! Total freedom to do you please.
Hill Villas Standards
Everything has been provide for our guests, from furniture, electrical appliances, crockery, to dining areas. All our bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms too. Which means you dont need to worry about which villa is better equipped when you are chosing your villa. If you have any special request or requirements just get in touch and we will do our best to meet them.
All of our villas have free wifi internet, satellite television, and parking spaces.
Cleaning and other Services
All our guests arrive to a sparkling clean villa. The villas are cleaned on a weekly basis, which is included in the price. Additional cleaning services are available on request for an extra charge. The pools are cleaned on a daily basis. Hill Villas wish to provide all services desired by their guests. Should you wish such a service, such as a grocery delivery, airport transfer or anything else you need, just let us know and we will do our best to satisfy them.
Holidays in Kalkan and Patara
Kalkan is located in the Kaş district of Antalya Region. Patara Beach, some 12km of fine white sand, is a short distance away, and is the longest and most important beach in the area. The district was inhabited by the Lycians some 3000 years ago, and the ruined remains of their settlements are scattered around the surrounding area. Superlative beach, historical sites and places of natural beauty, the enviably good restaurants in town, and the shopping , all help to make this an ideal holiday location.
