5+1 Villa Heart

Villa Heart, located on the hillside above Kalkan, offers a great holiday location with its unique sea views and luxury design. With its two pools on different levels , it has views both out across Kalkan Bay and towards Patara Beach. The villa has a spacious fully equipped open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area and a communal w.c. on the ground floor. There are  five bedrooms rooms (two on the ground floor, three on the upper), four of which have a double bed and one has twin beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the master double has a large double jacuzzi. Villa Heart has been furnished with only the best of fittings and fixtures and has all the necessary fittings and features expected of a luxury villa.The villa has a capacity of 10 guests. 

The villa has two swimming pools, one at each level.The large lower level pool is a beautiful Heart shape and is 8.5 x 6 metres, (depth 1.53 metres) and has a children pool, 3 x 3 metres, depth 25 cm..  Guests can also enjoy the unique panoramic views while sipping drinks and enjoying a meal at the al fresco dining area by the pool or relaxing in the  seating area beside the pool. The upper level pool is some 6 x 3 metres, (depth 1.2 metres), has  beautiful views both out over Kalkan Bay and across the Xanthos Valley towards Patara Beach. Here guests can take in the views whilst enjoying the benefits of the pool hydro massage system.In addition, the exterior of the villa has a camera surveillance system, there is a children playground for the use of our little guests and there is an on-site Office where guests may call for assistance at any time or just for a glass of tea! Our staff can also deliver daily essentials, such as bread and milk on request. Our villa, with its secluded pool, is also suitable for guests who wish complete privacy whist on vacation.
